Thank you for your fantastic presentation! You have such a wonderful ability to bring history to life in the most empathetic way. The students really enjoyed the incursion, and they thought you were funny. One student said she would come to your comedy show if you had one! Thanks again.

"I cannot recommend WW1 Living History enough. It is such an enthralling experience, for both students and teachers who attend. Shane has been visiting our school for a couple of years now, and has made an impact on our students. He uses his knowledge to engage students and he is very personable. This students loved the opportunity to handle the artefacts and they enjoyed learning about WWI in a more hands on approach. We are very happy with Shane and his presentation, and that is why we keep asking him to come back!"

WWI Living History is always a fundamental part of our school's learning programs on World War I. Shane is always engaging and knowledgeable, and the kids' "hands-on-experiences" during the incursion always transfer into our classroom discussions afterwards

WWI Living History is an engaging presentation clearly linked to the Stage 5 History syllabus. Not many people can keep Year 9 students engaged, listening and contributing for 2 hours, but it was no problem for Shane!

Our school has had Shane present his WW1 Living History presentation for about 5 years now, and every year we look forward to it. Our students absolutely love his energy and knowledge, and engage so well with the presentation. It's a wonderful experience for students to engage hands on with historical artefacts and ask questions in a fun and academic environment. I cannot recommend this opportunity for Stage 5 students enough!
